History
Having a love of both being in bed and eating breakfast, Amie decided to leave London, returning to her native
Cornwall
after
working in the music media industry. Unfortunately Amie isn't one of the Hiltons, but her grandfather did
own a
number of
hotels in Cornwall from 1940s to the 1970s and her mum runs self-catering accommodation Argantel,
just
across the stream
from Atlantic House.
In June 2008, after seven months of extensive refurbishment, The Aramay boutique bed & breakfast opened for
business. Over the following years The Aramay enjoyed great success and went onto achieve a number of awards and
accolades,
great
reviews and media coverage, but more importantly many, many wonderful and happy guests.
